Red Door Gifts and Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States for a flat rate per order of $5.95.
All U.S. orders over $75 will receive FREE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE SHIPPING. This does not apply to Canada, Hawaii or International shipments. This also does not apply to Surprise Box Shipping.
Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days AFTER a 2-4 business day warehouse processing time, unless your item states it’s a pre order. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS priority or first class depending on weight and usually arrive between 2-5 business days.
We also offer free in-store pickup for local customers. Please include a note or call us with details on when you plan on picking up your items. We give customers a 3 day time period to pickup their items. After the 3 days, we will call and remind you of your items. If you are unable to pick up items in a timely fashion, we will ship them to you at buyer’s expense ($5.95 flat rate shipping on all orders under $75)
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS. Therefore, Red Door Gifts and Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.
Please note that Holiday shipping will vary depending on the US Postal Service.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the date is was delivered to you. For items exchanged after this this time period, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.
Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of an online gift card. In store credit/gift card will be issued via a code sent to your email within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will then enter this code at checkout of your next purchase. Store credit/gift card will not include the original shipping fees as the service was already provided. (NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN).
Online Gift Cards cannot be used instore, they are for use online only. You can return your item in the brick and mortar store for STORE CREDIT to be used in the brick and mortar store. It cannot be used online. Basically, however you return your item is how you will be able to use your store credit- if you bring it in to our brick and mortar store, you can use it there. If you mail it back to us, you must use your gift card online.
Returned merchandise must be received in original packaging (if applicable) UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED and tags ATTACHED and should have a copy of your invoice or a note with your name and order # and reason for return along with the items being returned. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit. Once we receive the item we will inspect it for use. If the item does not appear to be used we will issue you Store Credit/Gift card. We will not cover shipping fees. You may exchange your order twice. After that we will no longer accept the exchange.
Due to our items selling quickly we are unable to hold items for an exchange and we cannot guarantee we will have your needed size in stock by the time we receive your original order back.
Color(s) of items depicted online may differ in person than when viewed on computer screens, smart phones, tablets or other device. We will do our best to depict accurate information on color, but are not held accountable for color confusion as each device represents colors differently.
Sizes of items are depicted as accurately as possible. We offer many different brands and each one sizes a little differently. We do our best to relay accurate sizing information and are not held accountable for sizing differences between brands and production lots.
SALES - all sales items of 25% off or more are FINAL SALE! These items can not be returned for store credit.
SURPRISE BOXES- all Surprise Boxes are FINAL SALE! Any item received in a Surprise Box is not eligible for return or exchange.
DO NOT attempt to return the item if the above criteria is not met. Items returned that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way (makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smoke, or similar product stains) will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 7 days of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Orders placed on or between Nov 27th and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 15th. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:
Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to [email protected], including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.
Include the order # and product name of the item.
Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled, and items cannot be removed from the order.
